About the Role

  1. We are looking for a thoughtful and proactive Office Manager (Administration) who can manage day-to-day activities in office and handle the below responsibilities (not limited to) single handedly.
  2. Roles and Responsibilities:
  3. Managed ay-to-day office administration including office supplies, equipments, cleanliness and organisation of office space
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers for office related services and supplies to ensure cost-effective solutions
  5. Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including VISA documents, flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries
  6. Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  7. Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, appointments and office events / functions, as required
  8. Arrange meeting rooms and necessary equipment.
  9. Assisting HR and Finance team when required
