Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Volunteer, Fully Remote)

Balldraft is a Fantasy Sport Driven Startup. We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team as a volunteer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences that align with our mission.

Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Balldraft, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interfaces and user experiences of our digital products and platforms. You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to ensure that our products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand our target audience, their needs, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.

3. UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that are consistent with our brand identity and usability best practices.

4. UX Design: Develop user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures to optimize the user experience.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.

6. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.

7. Design Documentation: Prepare design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and specifications, to ensure consistency in design implementation.

8. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for research driven designs.
