Salesforce Developer

Our Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. The Developer will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of Monexo technology projects that leverage Salesforce.com. The role is for the coding geniuses or the ones with a technical bend of mind and wants to foray in the world of coding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of Monexo environment
2) Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects
3) Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules)
4) Design and program solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Visual Force
5) Develop software solutions using MS tools, Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs
6) Perform testing and defect fixes
7) Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce

KEY SKILLS:
Salesforce Developer has to be one who finds motivation in technical issues and has eyes for updates and coding. Ideally, the perfect Salesforce Developer should have:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2) At least 4 years of proven Salesforce experience working on integration, customization, support, developments and enhancements.
3) An unquenchable thirst for the technical advancements. Apart from it, a go getter attitude and an inclination towards solution-finding approach makes the profile challenging.
4) Development experience on the Salesforce platform (Including Custom Objects, Large Data Volumes, Performance Tuning, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce and Migration Tools).
5) Salesforce Certified Developer.
6) BFSI experience preferred.
7) Solid understanding of web technologies, SQL and relational database.
8) Good communication and problem solving skills.
9) Ability to interact with various project stakeholders to meet product quality outputs and meet deadlines.
