Solutions Architect

Role:

• As a Solutions Architect, you will lead techincal integration of Pepper's product with distributor's system of record to ensure successful project implementation, delivery, and best-in-class support to clients
  
• Support customer growth: Lead onboarding of new contracts by taking ownership of data validation, technical scoping, and documentation to help support our growth objectives at scale
• Build integrations: Build and manage integrations with third party ERP softwares by writing technical engineering specs and working with engineers to oversee code deployments
• Process improvements: Map out and implement iterative improvements for onboarding and customer growth processes

Must Haves:

• 2+ years experience in a results-focused and customer facing professional environment (e.g., early-stage startup, high-growth tech company, technical account management, IT or implementation operations)
• Track record of structuring, owning, and leading business critical initiatives with excellent attention to detail
• Data-driven, “truth is in the numbers” mentality; SQL proficiency is required, Python proficiency a plus
• Experience exceeding business goals in a customer focused environment, with an emphasis on timeliness and organization
• Bias to action and enthusiasm for finding creative solutions to difficult problems
• Excellent project management and written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
