Position Overview
Market Jar is seeking a remote Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our team of experts. As an integral part of our remote workforce, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation of our clients and shaping their digital success. This position offers flexible remote work hours while adhering to the standard 9am to 5pm schedule.

*Project Management Responsibilities *;

• Ensuring customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its services and client base.
• Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
• Keep clients up-to-date weekly with what work is being done.
• Reply to admin-related tasks on the client portals, and relay them back to the SEO team in an organised manner.
• Keeping customers happy!
• Making sure deliverables make it to the clients on time and within budget.
• Creating client timelines for all deliverables.

Marketing Project Manager Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with project management.
• Excellent organizational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to set deadlines for staff/contractors.
