Technical Program Manager

Simulmedia is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager with a curious and creative mindset to join our Product Management team and lead the successful execution of complex technical projects. As a Technical Program Manager at Simulmedia, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. You must be able to attend and collaborate in onsite, in-person meetings on a regular daily basis.

Responsibilities:
● Lead project initiation, scoping, and planning activities, defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
● Drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones, managing risks and issues as they arise
● Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, and executives, to ensure project alignment with business objectives and customer needs
● Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring that all teams work cohesively towards project goals
● Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
● Identify and proactively address project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans
● Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
● Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
● Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in project management and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
● 4+ years of professional experience in technical program management or a related role
● Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery
● Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
● Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
● Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Shortcut, Jira)
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies
