Job Description:

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients, creating opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive research to identify and target potential automotive clients, utilizing various channels including online research, cold outreach, and industry events.

Prospect Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, introducing them to our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services tailored for the automotive sector.

Qualification: Assess client needs and align our services to their specific goals, ensuring a strong fit before transitioning to our sales team.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with qualified leads to provide in-depth consultations and further explore opportunities.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track lead progress and engagement.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and creative teams to share insights, strategies, and market trends.

Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation and conversion metrics to assess performance and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, especially in the automotive industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
