Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Okhla Phase-3, Delhi

Salary: 6-12 LPA+ 0-2% Equity. The salary offered is typically lower than what one might expect but the potential for equity compensation can make up for this and provide a significant long-term benefit for the executive.

Work Schedule: 10 AM -8 PM, 6 days a week with a weekly off on Tuesday
Experience: 3+ years

ScrapUncle is an App/Website where users can schedule a doorstep pickup for their Junk items like Paper, Metals, Plastics, Electronic Waste, etc., and get paid for the same.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and insights to help drive the company's growth and success.
• Take complete ownership of critical processes like daily pickup operations, warehousing, recruitment, expansion, etc.
• Manage critical projects and initiatives, driving timely and effective implementation and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify key business opportunities and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, to ensure alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
• Support the company for activities such as marketing, fundraising, legal, etc.
• Ensuring profitable unit economics.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data & KPIs
• Scaling overall business X to 100X
