Role : Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Job brief:
We are looking for a Growth Hacker who could lead our enthusiastic and awesome Digital Marketing team. Person will be responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy, and overseeing and supporting the marketing team members. Person who could improve the ROI for Growify clients, simultaneously building a strong scalable system and team.
Job description:
Business and Goal Planning
Person will be responsible for improving our client’s ROI through all the digital marketing strategies
Build, Plan, Measure, and Improve Digital Marketing road for each client to achieve the overall sales and engagement goals.
Research and create a roadmap for the next 3 to 6 months for each brand.
Create a detailed plan which can be used to execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, Pinterest, and Push Notifications
Assign the relevant design work for at least two weeks to the design team with clear directions and maybe inspiration.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
Measure the result and tweak the ads while training the people to achieve these optimizations themselves.
Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget
Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
Stay connected with the sales team to ensure that the knowledge from them is being used for optimizations and improvement. While keeping a close check on the overall sales for each brand and ensuring that we stay on the targeted sales.
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution, placement networks, native platforms.
Client Communication
Stay in touch with the client to understand their company’s next steps such as collection launches, sales, inventory status, and events.
Provide a weekly report (autogenerated) with a basic pointer of learns, results, and next steps for the marketing department.
Provide a monthly report with detailed information with key metrics, overall learning,s, and the next steps.
Building and Training the Team:
Take the time to post, shortlist, and recruit interns for your department.
Do their onboarding which includes tool training and task explanation.
Mentor them and guide them to do the work that you do so you can build capacity and can manage and build many more clients.
Brand Reporting
Provide a weekly report (autogenerated) with a basic pointer of learn, results, and next steps for the marketing department.
Provide a monthly report with detailed information with key metrics, overall learning,s, and the next steps.
*Job Requirement: *
7+ experience in similar role
Masters’s degree in marketing or business
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook and other relevant stream
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Great problem solving skills
Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with analytical and project management tools
Leadership and people management skill
