Digital Marketing Executive

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will require you to be adept at utilizing digital marketing tools and Adobe Suite to create compelling digital assets.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan to introduce, promote, and sustain company’s service lines and competencies.
Work with teams and agencies to develop our website
Pinpoint with right groups in social media.
Listen to social media and analyze and strategize

𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our services, ensuring clear differentiation in the market.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Branding to be also reflecting on the job posting and other recruitment initiatives of the Company in Social Media, specifically LinkedIn.
Foster brand awareness while educating target audiences with multiple avenues.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬:
Work with sales and execute GTM campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Capture our success stories and design to draw the attention of our target market
Develop creative and impactful promotional materials for our service lines - foster marketing communications.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
Promote the company through brand partnerships
Cultivate a strong online community of engaged customers and engineers, providing support, sharing insights, and gathering feedback.
Publish regularly newsletters for internal employee and ex-employees

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Create compelling content for various channels (website, social media, blogs, newsletters) that educates and engages our audience about the value of our products.
Oversee content calendar and collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers for effective content production.
Content creation for project proposals, customer presentations

1. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
2. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools.
3. Advanced knowledge of Adobe suite for content creation.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Flexibility to work during US business hours.
6. A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
