Senior Merchandising Manager

• Source vendors for our categories
• Map the needs of our customers and fill those gaps by identifying brands
• Reach out to brands to onboard them
• Work with onboarded brands to ensure their content is good
• Work with brands for on-time deliveries
• Work with customer service to train them about various merchandise
• Initially work as one person department and later manage team members
• Experience: 8 to 15 years overall experience
• Should have undertaken the above responsibilities at another e-commerce marketplace company (Big Basket, Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Zomato, Swiggy, etc)
• Should have experience managing a team
