In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.

JOB MISSION

We're looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Associate to join our team! At Bridge for Billions, we're driving a global entrepreneurial revolution, and we need your expertise to make it happen. Your primary responsibility will be to forge strategic partnerships with global corporations, development agencies, and foundations. Together, we'll create impactful entrepreneurship projects that focus on job creation, social innovation, and ecosystem building. Your role will be pivotal in identifying potential collaborators and nurturing fruitful relationships. With your exceptional sales skills, you'll help bring our transformative vision to life and make a positive impact on aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide.

ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS

1) Lead Generation & Partnership Development (60% of time dedicated to this role)

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Own the lead generation strategy for the market & utilize cold outreach and outbound tactics to identify promising prospects among global corporates, development agencies, and foundations to create impactful entrepreneurship projects for job creation, social innovation, and ecosystem building.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research of the developing countries’ market to identify trends and insights relevant to the entrepreneurship ecosystem and potential clients.
  • Sales Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with the Business Development Team to manage all aspects of the sales lifecycle, including prospecting, meetings, negotiating & proposals, and closing deals while ensuring client needs are met.

2) Lead Conversion and Sales Goals (30% of time dedicated to this role)

  • Lead Conversion: Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities & qualified leads, optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Goals Achievement: Take ownership of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop lead generation, nurturing, and brand awareness initiatives to enhance the quantity and quality of the sales funnel.

3) Sales data Analysis (10% of time dedicated to this role)

  • Relations Success Alignment: Ensure seamless alignment and successful delivery of the entrepreneurship programs sold, collaborating with the Relations Success Team.
  • Monitor and Track Lead Progression: Utilize CRM tools and systems to track lead progression, document communications, and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and their status in the sales pipeline.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze lead generation metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Business Development Team for the Developing countries’ market to optimize lead generation campaigns and enhance lead quality.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

1) Experience & Track Record:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly in Sales Operations/ Lead Generation
  • Strong research and lead generation skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship, incubation programs, and social impact. Experience in the sector is a plus.

2) Technical Proficiency & Analytical Prowess:

  • Proficient in the use of CRMs, coupled with an understanding of sales automation tools. (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn helper, HubSpot).
  • Ability to analyze sales data, pinpointing areas of opportunity and refinement.
  • Skills to support remote sales teams and strategies that penetrate large accounts effectively.

3) Operational & Strategic Mastery:

  • Demonstrated ability in implementing sales techniques that bolster revenue goals.
  • Aptitude for communicating complex ideas crisply in a rapidly evolving setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in generating strategies that optimize sales activities at the top of the funnel

4) Communication & Management:

  • Demonstrated ability in generating strategies that optimize sales activities at the top of the funnel
  • Fluent in English & French is required
  • Stellar communication capabilities, adept at liaising with a range of stakeholders.
