Senior HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create HR informational reports using various reporting tools to include FTE, OT, AAP, Term, New Hire reports, etc.
• 401k administration
• Analyze and suggest revisions to current HR policies and procedures
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to HR policies and procedures
• Assist with new system implementation
• HRIS Help Desk
• Responsible for HRIS database maintenance
• Understanding of regulatory environment affecting the employment relationship
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
• Experience with HRIS systems, required
• HRIS LSF analyst
• · Experience with Microsoft Add-Ins and Personnel Actions
• · Experience with interfacing data to Lawson release 10.
• · Familiarity with IPA is preferred
• · Crystal Reports experience preferred
