The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who can source, select, and hire top-tier technical talent across LATAM.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with candidates through various channels, including social media, online job boards, and networking events. You must have the ability to assess candidate skills through resume reviews and interviews, while also ensuring that they align with our company culture and values.

In this role, you will help build a diverse and inclusive workforce that is skilled in software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and various other technical fields. You will work closely with our hiring managers to identify hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing strategies to find top technical talent through various channels
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine their skills, work experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that drive effective recruitment advertising
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key performance indicators

Qualifications:

  • Fluently bilingual in English/ Spanish
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Familiarity with ATS and recruiting software tools
