The Role

With aevaa we are changing the way businesses approach their sales pipeline and customer feedback using next generation AI bots to conversationally acquire and automate lead qualification and user feedback. We are a brand new company looking to fill our sales development representative role. You will be a part of the outbound prospecting and will be in charge of making contact with potential clients over the phone, email or via social media channels and taking part in closing deals during the discovery calls with prospects. The aim is to determine the customer's potential needs, assess their interest and viability, and build a connection that will drive them to sign up for our service.

Note: This is purely a commission based part time role which includes uncapped commissions on contract basis.

Responsibilities:

Generate new customer appointments for the field sales team by means of proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social networking.
Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and set appointments from those leads.
Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
Diligently log, track, and maintain outbound activity in CRM and other Sales enablement platforms.
Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
Develop sales script templates and email outreach templates to optimize internal sales outreach processes.
Work on closing and converting prospects from small and mid size to enterprise clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of experience working in SaaS tech sales industry.
Be a team player and be able to collaborate in a cross functional environment which includes: project managers, clients, and other internal admin.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
Inside sales experience and have been held to sales metrics
CRM experience
Have previous experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS.
Agile Methodologies
Good time management and analytical skills
Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
Willing to start ASAP, we are looking for experienced and vetted candidates to join within the next 2 weeks.

Preferred Requirements:

Using database and project management tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
Experience using web scraping tools and no-code tools such as Zapier.
