From helping achieve our commercial goals to providing the strategies and services customers need to be successful, Klaviyo relies heavily on its thriving ecosystem of agency, tech, and platform partners. As a CDP Solutions Specialist, you will be the partner team CDP subject matter expert whose mission is to drive CDP product adoption across the strategic partners in our agency network. You will work closely with our partner managers, partner success managers and partner enablement team to identify areas of opportunity within our partner network, deliver dynamic demos and webinars, coach our partners on why the Klaviyo CDP product could be a good fit for their clients, speak to advanced CDP use cases, and how CDP can help grow our partner’s businesses.
You will:
- Work alongside our partner manager and partner success teams working as a trusted advisor to our strategic agency partners, educating them on the value of Klaviyo’s consolidated solution, CDP product and how it can help their agency grow.
- Maximize CDP product revenue from our partner ecosystem by constantly identifying untapped areas of growth.
- Continuously identify creative strategies to enable, engage & train different agency teams to adopt, sell, and service CDP for our shared customers.
- Work with our partner manager team to coordinate and execute demos, account mapping sessions, CDP use case solutioning, lunch & learns, and live training with our strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement stakeholders to identify CDP touchpoints for strategic agency/SI partners.
- Work with our ecosystem marketing team to identify opportunities to market to, through, and with partners around Klaviyo CDP.
- Be the eyes and ears of our market, gathering and relaying valuable insight back to the broader Klaviyo org (CDP Product Teams)
- Be responsible for activating new agencies to sell CDP and drive CDP leads from our base of partners.
Ideally you are:
- Bringing with you 4+ years of sales solutioning or agency sales/success experience with a proven track record of achieving your goals
- Familiar with the CDP space and understand the roles Agencies & System Integrators play within the buying process, implementation, and ongoing management of these tools.
- Experienced working with digital marketing agencies and System Integrators in a consultative way.
- Are a confident, personable individual who loves relationship building and selling.
- Are a dynamic presenter and can engage a crowd with ease.
- Someone who loves collaborating with others.
- Someone who has experience working within the ever-evolving and complex CDP landscape.
- Curious about an ever-changing martech landscape and is already a subject matter expert in this space
- Someone who is passionate about knowing the ins and outs of the product you sell.
- Adaptable, creative and has a bias towards action, likes process, and can prioritize your time effectively to maximize efficiency.
