Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Chatbot Developer who will be responsible for developing an AI-powered chatbot that assists users in managing their personality traits and development. The chatbot will be designed to engage in conversations with users, provide personalized guidance and recommendations, and leverage AI-ML algorithms to analyze user input and deliver tailored responses. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building conversational agents, utilizing natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and have experience in setting up infrastructure on AWS using services like Amazon SageMaker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot system for personality management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the chatbot's functionalities and features.
• Utilize NLP techniques and AI-ML algorithms to process user input, understand user intent, and generate relevant and personalized responses.
• Develop conversational dialogues and implement dialogue management systems to enable natural and engaging interactions with users.
• Integrate the chatbot system with AWS infrastructure, leveraging services such as Amazon SageMaker for training and deploying machine learning models.
• Conduct data analysis and apply machine learning techniques to continually improve the chatbot's performance and accuracy.
• Monitor and evaluate the chatbot's performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the chatbot.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational agents, and explore new technologies to enhance the capabilities of the chatbot.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong experience in developing AI chatbots, conversational agents, or virtual assistants.
• Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including intent recognition, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and dialogue management.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks, with hands-on experience in training and deploying models.
• Experience setting up infrastructure on AWS, including services like Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, and AWS API Gateway.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
