CFO

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
   Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Collaborate with the executive team to align financial goals with the company's overall strategic objectives.

2. Financial Management:
   Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and risk management. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
   Play an active role in ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and advise the executive team on potential impacts and necessary actions.

4. Experience/Knowledge in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Cryptocurrency:
   Possess experience, knowledge, or a willingness to learn about the emerging field of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Cryptocurrency. Stay abreast of trends, opportunities, and risks in the rapidly evolving digital finance landscape.

5. Investor Relations:
   Act as a key liaison with investors, providing accurate and transparent financial reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

6. Financial Controls and Processes:
   Implement robust financial controls and processes to safeguard the company's assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Continuously monitor and improve financial systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Strategic Financial Decision Making:
   Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making. Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and assess potential risks and returns.

8. Team Leadership and Development:
   Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional growth and development.
