Provide strategic and technical leadership to the engineering team, overseeing the development and maintenance of our backend systems, including both PHP and NodeJS.
Lead the migration process to transition our entire backend to NodeJS, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
Manage and scale the mobile front-end teams for iOS and Android, as well as the web app front-end team using React.
Evaluate and restructure the existing engineering team, identifying skill gaps and hiring additional engineers, devops specialists, and QA professionals.
Set technical direction and establish engineering best practices and processes to ensure code quality, system reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that align with our business objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Manage resource allocation, project planning, and engineering budgets.
