Senior Manager- Accounts

JOB PURPOSE:
Overall responsible to manage end to end accounting, payables, receivables and MIS, including
Operations Management, Compliance, and Managerial Responsibility.

Operations Management / Compliance / Reporting:
• Manage accounting function alongwith processing of customer invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements and fixed assets accounting;
• Handling GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other allied laws including timely return filings;
• Supervise processes & systems and build the team with guidance & training to existing team;
• Ensure that all stated company processes and procedures are adhered to;
• Ensure effective bank reconciliation of payments and receivables;
• Effective communication with Banks on day-to-day basis and handling relationship at ground-level;
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS enabling management for timely and effective decisions
• Identify and initiate process improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance to annual statutory financial statements reporting.
• Self-starter / Team building capabilities

Must Have:
• Very well experienced with Tally (Expert Level)
• MS Office (Expert Level)
• Good experience and knowledge of all statutory laws
• Should be able to monitor the Return Filing Team
• Preferred Industry: IT/ Tech/ Manufacturing
• No frequent job switches (not more than 2-3 job switches in 10 years
