This position involves monthly bookkeeping for multiple business clients, preparation of internal financial statements for the company’s India division, and assisting with accounting system conversions.
Has experience of working on US Accounting.
Should have a good understanding of QBO & QB Desktop workflows.
Maintains an advanced knowledge of the major areas of QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Enterprise and Xero to be able to convert to Bloomstack software.
Proficient to expert user in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
Provides direct reconciliation of monthly statements, monthly closing, preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciliation and maintenance of balance sheet accounts for clients.
Prepares financial reports and analyses of accounts as requested.
Monitors and resolves bank issues, including fee anomalies and check differences.
Understands payroll administration, including worker classifications.
Maintains professional proficiency over accounting practices and various accounting software.
Provides technical accounting training to junior bookkeeping staff.
Anticipates, identifies, and resolves complex assignment issues.
Sets an example by demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to professional excellence.
Any other project assigned from time to time.
