Junior Motion Designer

1. Full time contractor role paid on an agreed monthly rate ($500-750/mo)
2. Freelance roles paid on an agreed hourly rate (~$5/hr)

Upptic is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our growing team. Upptic is a digital marketing services and technology company that oversees Growth Marketing, Creative Development and Analytics for a number of large game developers with a focus on web3 and mobile games.

While this is a junior position, we're looking for someone who can grow with the team. Even if you don't meet all the qualifications, we welcome you to still apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Creative Lead to Modify existing creative assets (such as resizing & cutdowns)
• Research and play the games you work on to become a subject matter expert
• Organize files + suggest workflow improvements

Desired Background & Skills:

• 1+ years video editing / motion design experience. Fluent in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• 1+ year of graphic design experience. Competent in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Fluent in English
• Interest / experience working in the video game industry.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work at a fast pace
• Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal need for oversight
