About the Role:
We are looking for a operations manager to help us accomplish our mission of disrupting the restaurant communication space. You’ll collaborate with the internal team and our restaurant partners in order to improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Interface (mostly via email) with restaurant customers to ensure they're happy with our product
- Execute customer requests effectively and efficiently
- Communicate internally using Slack, Asana, and Hubspot
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be based in the United States
- Customer service experience in some capacity ("the customer is always right" mentality)
- Startup-flexible, not discouraged when things change quickly
- Technical and tech savvy (able to grasp technical concepts quickly)
- Hospitality focused
- Very organized
- Burning desire to grow within the organization
Nice To Have:
- Experience using a support tool like Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.
- Experience using a ticketing tool like Asana, Jira, Helpscout, etc.
- Experience using a CRM tool like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- B2B software experience
- Restaurant or hospitality experience of any kind
- Startup experience
