The Role

We are looking for a Data marketer to focus on data analysis to drive the growth of our industry-leading in-house app service.
Our business unit consists of a marketing team, a product team, and a CS team, and we place the greatest emphasis on improving the CX of our users. In order to provide long-term stable value to our users, we would like to strengthen the use of data in various decision-making areas in the future, but we do not have members with deep knowledge of data analysis. This position will work closely with the directors, business managers, PdM and each team to help drive decisions of various sizes. This is an important position that will determine the path that the company and the product as a whole should take.

(Details of responsibilities)
The position will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing a vast amount of data from a wide variety of our app services, and formulating, executing, and evaluating business strategies.
In addition to data analysis, you will also be involved in improving processes and communications to utilize data in marketing and product development. In addition, in order to promote data utilization throughout the company, you will promote data management, implement data visualization, and can expand your work area according to the skills you have and the areas you would like to challenge. In the team, you will be able to work with excellent members of the marketing/product/CS team, but with a great deal of discretion!

・Support PDCA of marketing initiatives (data-driven planning and effectiveness verification)
・Data handling and reporting for large databases using SQL
・Collaborate with marketing/product/CS teams to formulate/evaluate business strategies
・Drive decision making in product development (planning, execution, evaluation, and improvement) ・through data analysis.
・Develop appropriate and clear reporting and dashboards for stakeholders using BI tools.
