Head of Growth

As Le Comptoir is growing, we're looking for a new talent to supervise our acquisition & growth strategy 🚀
The Head of Growth will be in charge of getting our metrics on track (LTV/CPA/Churn) and work through the different acquisition channels (Facebook / Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Yahoo! Japan or more long term topics as SEO)...

You have a 3yrs+ experience in a Growth position in a startup environment working on Ads campaigns and acquisition strategy.

You love working in challenging environment using the latest tools available on the market (Airtable, Integromat (or Zapier), Chartmogul, etc.), in automation we trust.
Complexe formulas in Google Sheet don't scare you...

Growth Hacker mindset recommended (AARRR ❤️)
You speak fluently English & Japanese.
French speaking is a plus ! (not mandatory)
Experience in subscription business is plus too !
