Braingroom India Pvt. Ltd is an IIT, IIM alumni founded start up & a Singapore based subsidiary company. We are operating in Chennai for past 1 year. We have 5000+ classes listed in our portal. Recently we got selected by Facebook for a year long mentorship program. Also recently we got angel fund for expansion in Bangalore and Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the development of an innovative edu tech platform seeking to expand the executive team to include a Chief Technology Officer who will also be our primary full stack developer in our energetic environment. This position will require the technical skills to build new features and maintain the existing features of the site. Our goal is to continually test assumptions and analyze user data to further develop the application. The CTO will be writing the code as well as guiding the development of the platform with the goal of scaling the impact of the organization. The CTO will be given technical freedom to develop and manage the site, and the interesting technical challenges it poses, as they see fit. The ideal candidate will have ample experience working with e-commerce sites.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize technical optimizations / new feature additions. Also,plan to achieve the best user experience
• Build new features, maintain and enhance the application.
• Scale the application to thousands of users, test assumptions, and adjust accordingly
• Be available during non-business hours in the event that the site needs emergency maintenance
