The Role

Help us grow our business and build long-term relationships with our clients


Adapty makes it easier to handle and implement in-app purchases. We’re developing an all-in-one tool for analyzing in-app subscription business, handling purchasing infrastructure, and conducting marketing experiments with low-code A/B tests.

Selling b2b SaaS is hard. With 2.5K apps using our service, we’ve only made the first step of our strategy and we have a huge market potential to execute.

We’re looking for a James Bond of sales. You own it, you execute it, you show results and you want to be #1.

We're a fully remote company with HQ in NYC. This is a full-time employment position.

In this role, you will...

  • Search for contacts of decision-makers in South Korea. Our main focus is social networks like LinkedIn/Telegram/Twitter/Facebook/Reddit and other relevant platforms and channels.
  • Communicate with potential customers, identify their needs, handle objections, and transfer them to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a database of potential customers. We use HubSpot for that.
  • Find alternative ways to attract customers. We are always up to trying new things out.
  • Run product demos when needed in your native language. Run sales demos with high-quality leads and move them further in the sales funnel.
  • Follow-up leads. Organize follow-up calls and meetings with tech and product teams.

You will be a great fit if...

  • You have a proven track of success in this role. It’d be ideal if you have experience finding contacts of potential clients for b2b SaaS products.
  • You’re very organized. You have an operational mindset: you keep everything organized and in the right place. You don’t miss leads and return to the old ones over time.
  • You’re the boss of CRM and sales platforms. You know the DNA of CRM and how to quickly adjust your previously acquired knowledge to our company. It’d be great if you have experience using HubSpot, Apollo, SalesQL, Hunter.io, Snov.io, and Sales Navigator.
  • You’re nice to talk to. You can negotiate the deal with a lead, you don’t hide, you’re not a shady person, you show excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written, and you are native in Korean to handle deals within the markets.
  • You’re a winner with numbers. You critically assess your own performance and thirst for improving it. You love reporting and showing numbers as-is and being fair with yourself and the team.
