Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer and UI/UX Wizard, you will play a crucial role in designing and shaping the overall user experience of our platform. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to define and execute the visual and interaction design, ensuring our product stands out in the market. Your expertise in front-end design, graphic design, and branding will make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founding team to define and implement innovative and intuitive UI/UX solutions, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including UI components, style guides, and design assets.
• Design visually stunning and effective interfaces for web and mobile applications, using industry best practices and the latest design trends.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Partner with product management and engineering to define and implement front-end design requirements and ensure seamless integration with back-end technology.
• Lead branding efforts, including the development of logos, color schemes, typography, and overall visual identity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a culture of design thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design, front-end design, graphic design, and branding.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, web and mobile design principles, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and receive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
