Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Growth Marketing Intern to join our team and help us increase the number of consulting queries from academic institutions, startups, and enterprises who wish to advocate sustainable growth. As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive awareness and interest in our services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to increase the number of consulting queries from startups and enterprising youth.
• Assist in managing our social media accounts, create engaging content, and apply branding and marketing strategies to social media content.
• Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and Twitter for the team to create strong personal brands
• Create and manage campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of all campaigns, and provide insights to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and bring new ideas to the table that can help us achieve our goals.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field though we never ask for degrees and certificates.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Passion for startups, social initiatives, and a desire to help them succeed. (this is a must)
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
