Our team is comprised of founders who have 'been there and done that,' and we've experienced tremendous early traction, with around 100,000 followers, 5,000 community members, and 10,000 newsletter subscribers.

About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a UX design expert who has experience working on data systems, ML, infrastructure, developer tools, observability, or other highly technical user interfaces. You should have experience designing component libraries and otherwise starting a design practice from scratch. Our ideal candidate is someone who values close relationship building with engineering counterparts and doesn't get lost in technical complexity.

About You:

As our ideal candidate, you have the ability to craft a clear design narrative that meets the needs of customers, stakeholders, and partners. You can break down complicated processes, identify core problems, and transform them into beautifully crafted user experiences. You should have 6+ years of relevant experience as a Product Designer and actively collaborate with other teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs. You have strong visual design skills and the ability to follow and contribute to an established design system. You are confident in your design hypotheses and validate your work with customers. You should have experience building customer-facing products from 0 to 1 and enjoy raising the bar of design excellence for yourself and your peers.
