The role:

The first thing to know about joining a Startup is that you’ll be doing a little bit of everything.

Our Marketing Manager will have a crucial role in the success of our new Ventures, by taking part with the Studio and the Co-Founders in defining the go-to-market strategy, building the initial customer base and figuring product-market fit.

As we're launching Startups both B2B and B2C in various industries, from HealthTech to FinTech to PropTech, our Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to explore and find the best way to support each project, to be both hands on and strategic, to learn almost every facet of marketing and to see companies go from a fledgling idea to a unicorn.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Take part into portfolio startups’ go-to-market strategies definition
Assist market research activities to determine value proposition, positioning and messaging
Develop marketing strategies based on user personas and use cases
Work on a Pricing Strategy together with the Finance team
Work with a cross functional team to establish growth strategies to help our startups gain traction
Create digital marketing strategies that will help our Portfolio startups acquire and retain customers or users
Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation
Manage SEO
Specify the right metrics and goals for each startup, analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement
Make sure each portfolio Startup’s message reaches their target audience so that it can enter the next stage of growth
See exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.

What are we looking for?

At least 5 years experience running Growth Marketing strategy and activities
Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
Ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Ability to run successful campaigns with limited resources
Experience in identifying and segmenting target audiences, devising digital campaigns that engage and convert them
Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels
Experimentation skills
Working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising
Strong creativity and analytical skills as well
Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers
Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse hybrid (remote and on-site) environment
Ability to prioritize and set the right goals to measure
Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Project management skills
Attested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc...
Fluent written and spoken English, Italian is a plus.
