What You’ll Do

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and evaluating day-to-day accounting tasks and activities to ensure our company's performance and success.

• Managing invoicing and accounts receivable
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
• Ensuring accurate and timely tax filings at the end of the year
• Managing accounts payable and vendor relationships
• Monitoring cash flow and preparing monthly financial statements
• Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Providing monthly financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to the executive team

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong understanding of US-GAAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized
• Team player
