The Opportunity:

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out A/R and A/P processes on a global scale to ensure the continued integrity and success of PureSpectrum. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully facilitate A/R and A/P cycles by maintaining strong relationships and communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Westlake Village, CA

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute A/R processes including monitoring aging, customer collections, and recording payments [60%]
  • Perform A/P processes including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment preparation [30%]
  • Assist with general Finance tasks including filing, report preparation, and team support [10%]
  • Participate in the monthly close, annual audits, and 1099 preparation

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 2+ years of accounting experience (experience in the SAAS companies preferred)
  • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite, a plus
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
  • Strong analytical aptitude, results oriented mindset with great attention to detail
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, comfort with the full Microsoft Office product suite, and familiarity with CRM tools (i.e., Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $55,000 and $60,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, and work location. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as relevant education, work-related experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may be eligible for bonus, benefits and other incentives.
