Software QA Lead

What you will be doing:

• Develop high efficiency processes to maintain high productivity and velocity in the QA team
• To develop, enhance and maintain scalable test frameworks for various functional and non-functional stages of the software development lifecycle
• To work with the team in the development of testing tools, utilities or applications to improve the efficiency of the QA group
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build high quality software delivered to our customers
• Train and mentor a team of the QA Specialists to ensure all project requirements are met and projects are delivered with high quality
• Analyze, report and monitor bugs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Required language(s): English both written and oral
• 1+ years of experience leading a QA team
• Strong automation testing skills: Selenium with Java, TestNG, extent report, Postman, Rest Assured, Playwright, Jira, Docker
• Excellent soft skills such as reporting, communication etc.
• Experience in consistently delivering against agreed timelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills, decision making and good attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Familiarity with web architecture
