Japanese English/Japanese Chinese Bilingual Human Resource

Position Overview:
The Japanese English bilingual HR will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our online gambling business. This position will require working closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1, Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
2, Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
3, Review resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4, Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and department heads
5, Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates
6, Manage the recruitment process, including job offers and negotiations
7, Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and other events
8, Provide regular updates to hiring managers and department heads on the status of open positions

Qualifications:
1, Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
2, 2+ years of experience in recruiting for online gambling, gaming, or other related industries
3, Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent
4, Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
5, Familiarity with recruiting tools and recruitment process
6, Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices preferred
7, Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
