Fourth is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager that engages, informs, and inspires. This individual should have a deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. They are creative and have experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. They have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies and have excellent project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. They understand the context of KPIs and business initiatives that drive marketing success and design campaigns to deliver on those targets. They are a team player and thrives in a high-growth company and works collaboratively in building integrated marketing programs.
The Role. . .
- Leverage market and customer research to gain a deep understanding of the company's target audience, their needs, behaviors, and pain points and develop demand gen tools to build effective campaigns and optimize marketing channels for effective conversion.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design & implement campaigns and initiatives to optimize customer acquisition and retention, through custom “education-marketing” content that is multi-layered, interactive, and highly consumable and creative concepts for use across marketing, paid campaigns, and sales.
- Analyze and Measure Results: Track, analyze, and be able to report on the performance of growth marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to adjust/optimize campaigns.
- Understand Where the Industry is Going: Stay informed of industry trends and new marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve with campaigns continuing to improve & drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative design and analytics teams, to ensure that the growth marketing plan is executed effectively and efficiently.
- Work with internal stakeholders (designers, writers, developers, contractors, as needed), to develop content and tools that meet brand guidelines while engaging prospects/customers throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a wide range of design projects supporting graphic designer (as needed) on web pages, print and digital ads, social, mobile, email, collateral, signage, infographics, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Create and edit video and audio files, gifs, and animations for marketing campaigns.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
The Ideal Candidate. . .
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field
- 7-10+ years of B2B brand experience, preferably working for SAAS company in demand generation capacity
- Submit portfolio of work, to include a variety of projects and media
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Proficiency with creating and editing various video and audio formats
- Experience with graphic design software: Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and more
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, as well as WordPress and content management systems
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
