Head of Data Center Development - Italy

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning phase of new data center development projects in Italy, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of all projects.

• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for connections to the electricity grid and for building permits, including liaison with local authorities and electricity grid operators.

• Conduct feasibility studies for new data center development projects, including market analysis, site assessment, and project cost estimation.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, electricity grid operators, and other relevant organizations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of all data center development projects.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the planning and development of data centers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction, or business.

Extensive experience in the planning and development of data centers, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Italian and English.
