Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Work in interesting IT projects mainly in E-Commerce with efficient testing services
• Reviews and validates requirements and functional specifications
• Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization
• Documents results, offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
• Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
• Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
• Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA pro-cesses
• Delivers testing efforts across project and tasks under tight deadlines efficiently
• Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers in need
• Adhere to Agile methodologies incorporated in the team
• Strongly integrate with cross teams and be flexible to participate in both Manual as well as Test Automation based on project requirements

Requirements:
• Must: Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the test-ing life cycle
• Must: Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, Postman). Confident with JSON & XML structures
• Must: Experience with databases (relational and NoSQL), Create simple queries
• Must : Strong know how on, Traceability Matrix and right mapping of business re-quirements into test scenarios
• Must: Experience on Test management tools like Jira, Xray, TestCollab etc. for day to day tasks.
• Must : Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing Agile Environment
• Must: Experience with one or more test automation tools (e.g. Robot Framework, Mi-cro Focus UFT etc.)
• Must: Basic knowledge with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub workflows, Azure DevOps)
• Must: Excellent Communication Skills, Identifies, communicates, and escalates is-sues as required
• Must: Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and provides solutions
• Must: A team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team
• Good to have : Knowledge in Azure devops and other test management tools
• Good To have: JAVA basic knowledge: Confident in aspects of OOP (at least 2 years of experience in an OO programming language
• Good to have: ISTQB certificate(s)
• Good to have: Experience in e-commerce and SAP applications
