Key Responsibilities:
Should have the ability to find opportunities independently and sell individually.
He/She will talk to the clients, figure out their requirements – propose sales of software services to build those solutions on top of our software
Source new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and limited inbound lead generation
Build relationships with key decision-makers across all accounts
Ensure continued rapid knowledge development of TekMonks’ products and services to identify and qualify prospects.
Work with the internal Marketing team to ensure presentations needed to support sales are aligned with brand standards.
Develop strong relationships with C-Level businesses and technical decision makers.
Eager to compete with sellers from big tech like IBM, Microsoft, etc.
Utilize industry knowledge to identify key trends within the industry to convert customer needs into sales opportunities.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure continuity and repeat business.
Key Skills & Experience:
Sold software services solutions and software by understanding the clients requirements in a consultative sales process.
Learn and demo TekMonks’ products, handle objections and comparisons against competition.
Build relationships to understand customer’s business and requirements to effectively propose TekMonks solutions.
Deliver with confidence presentations to C-level executives and represent the company at industry and/or customer events.
Experience working with virtual teams spread across global territories.

Young, full of energy and self-driven. Intelligent, Smart, Hunter for sales, loves selling, is very motivated to sell and make money
Proven success in executing outbound targeted sales programs to achieve desired results
Experience engaging with prospects through social selling efforts
A team player who performs well independently
Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
A successful candidate will be results-oriented, proactive, confident, and have the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
This position is based in the United States.
Travel to clients will be required.
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree
4+ years of experience selling software service solutions
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Benefits + Travel Allowance
Equity:
$1.5 Million / Annual - $750,000 Semi-Annually
Commission Rate - 10% of Sales Revenues with a 10% Kicker on above-quota achievement
