We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to develop and implement all of Rand’s digital marketing activities. You’ll play a key role in leading the marketing team and working with other teams to create and launch Rand’s marketing campaigns while understanding and elevating our Brand to the next level.

A day in your life as a Digital Marketing Manager ⚙️

Define the short and long-term Marketing roadmap aligning it to our corporate strategy
Create and organize all the marketing team tasks to keep the processes running smoothly and on schedule
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Design and plan all Rand’s digital marketing campaigns and strategies (SEO/SEM, Email Marketing Funnels, Social Media Ads, Community, …)
Implement all the marketing campaigns and strategies previously defined
Continuously iterate to reach the desired performance based on insights, trends and A/B tests
Create all the reporting to analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

You’ll rock at this role if you have✨

Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally in a startup environment
Organized and strong project management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
