Job Description:
The Professional Services team is a particularly critical pillar to mParticle's customer and solution success, working with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to
- Create accretive offerings that customers highly value
- Taking ownership of running a P/L statement for your EMEA/APJ region
- Understand and optimize efficacy of internal teams that depend on Professional Services
- Effectively deliver solutions needed by single customers that can be built on top of the platform
You will interact with the largest disruptive consumer-facing brands, aligning mParticle's industry-leading infrastructure and marketing technology to solve their business and technology challenges. We're extremely passionate about the quality of our work.
This role will report into the VP, Customer Solutions & Services and will work closely with senior sales, partnership, and customer success leadership in the EMEA/APJ region.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Representing the Professional Services organization for our international offices driving service revenue growth and high quality execution of customer engagements
- Attract, develop, and motivate a team of hard working Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers, continually maximizing your team’s contributions to making our customers technically successful
- Managing a P/L statement for the regions and ensuring continued profitability
- Developing and executing the strategy of how we deepen our relationships with our system integrator / staff augmentation partners
- Improve the overall customer experience by solving for root cause challenges that lead to poor customer health, such as helping customers prepare for implementation by assessing data maturity, resource availability, and building & delivering a SOW that drives customer implementations towards meaningful outcomes and value
Desired Experience
- 3+ years managing a Professional Services team in the EMEA/APJ region
- Ownership of a P/L statement and using the metrics to drive business outcomes
- Folding system integrator partners into your Professional Service customer engagements
- Subject matter expertise in customer data, integrations, or marketing technology
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment
