The Marketing Manager will report to the President and CEO and work closely with the leadership team. The Marketing Manager is charged with expanding Utopia Global Wellness's (Utopia GW) business by creating marketing strategy and analyzing data with an emphasis on businesses experiencing growth and change. The successful candidate will have the ability to create strategic marketing plans revolving around global wellness, programs, memberships, group coaching and customized corporate and group packages/events. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to a dynamic and growing company.
The ideal candidate has a strong background and demonstrated experience in marketing in a B2B and/or professional services setting, particularly working with senior level decision makers. He/she will have a unique ability to manage marketing budgets and develop a clear image to consumers. He/she should be curious about how individuals and teams perform at their highest levels, and eager to offer solutions to help individuals and teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the overall revenue, growth, and brand visibility of the company
- Directing and leading digital, content, product marketing strategy
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Work with sales and development and customer success teams
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest technology
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices
- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- BA in degree or MBA preferred and a minimum of 6-9 years of professional work experience in B2B marketing, marketing in professional services, marketing to HR and team leaders, corporate wellness, HR, benefits, total rewards, or DEI
- Proven track record successfully contributing to revenue growth, conversions, strategic partnerships,and market prescence
- Strong leadership experience
- Strong storytelling, writing and presentation skills

Time Commitment:

Compensation
Hourly rate + Commission (and potential for future equity)
