PASSION.io helps people to make their dreams a reality by learning the skills from successful people. Our mission is to empower these experts to achieve that by providing the platform to turn skills into mobile apps and we give them everything they need to run a successful online business from concept to monthly payout cheque. We are an international remote team with the majority of our business in the US.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team. If you are based in Berlin, have a knack for applying artistic editing techniques, create a broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of our Entrepreneurs - we would love to meet you!

Ultimately you will become the “go-to” hub for entrepreneurs to unlock the power of their passion, by creating content that inspires, educates and entertains.

What you'll be working on

Distribute content across channels & growing engagement/ conversion
Edit video footage using modern editing techniques.
Evaluate footage to make sure it meets the narrative
Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
Collaborate with internal teams to discuss and adhere to project deadlines and ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
Requirements

What you'll bring to the team

• Due to the requirements of the role, you must be based in Berlin
• 2+ years experience shooting & editing.
• You have created multiple viral videos
• You can pump out high volume at high quality
• You are Structured: plans well, executes clinically
• Performance driven: understands engagement
• Highly visual: Your shit looks great!
• You are a natural storyteller.
• Solid Attention to Detail.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
• Portfolio of completed projects / productions.
