Legal Counsel

We are looking for a legal counsel to join the Group legal team, available as soon as possible with an interest in SaaS transactions, data protection, IP and, more generally, growing and scaling up an innovative business in a team of highly motivated and dedicated workers.

Your missions

● Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and updating contracts, building and improving the contractual infrastructure (including by monitoring the contract templates) to support the business and sustain growth;

● Providing a wide-range of practical legal advice to Group management and business teams on the implementation of commercial agreements, business models and strategies, business operations, marketing activities, product offerings, and international scaling strategies;

● Enhancing global compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all of the Group’s subsidiaries, in particular with respect to data protection law (including GDPR);

● Implementing and following up actions in order to monitor our sustainability and improve our ESG processes;

● Developing in-house legal tools and policies, and conducting trainings to business units;

● Monitoring developments in case law, legislation and regulations that may have an impact on our business;

● Setting policies and procedures on contract management.
