Software Engineer (Javascript)

*This is a production-heavy role that we are hiring to keep up with our rapidly growing client demand. We are looking for applicants willing to put their head down and do real, high volume, high quality work.

Node.js backend developer who is fluent in Javascript and has experience working with APIs and data transformations.

Note: We are not looking for frontend developers who have only used Node for build tools.

What you'll do:

• Plan and build in-code integration workflows to sync our clients' data between SAAS platforms,
• Build out our expanding library of third party connectors. This includes reading and understand API documentation and implementing clean interfaces to talk to all types of APIs whether over REST, SOAP, FTP or other protocols.

What we need:

• 4+ years of experience with Javascript-heavy applications in Node.js.
• Up to date with modern Javascript methods and experience.
• A solid understanding of web basics and protocols.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Good duplication. Ability to rapidly assimilate confusing patterns and turn it them into simplicity.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Have frontend experience as well and have a good eye for design.

Interview structure:

• Intro interview. We get to know each other, get questions answered about the company and do a small coding exercise.
• Founders interview. You'll meet the company cofounders, here we'll determine if you are a good fit for the company culture.
• Deeper technical interview.
