About the role:

Reporting to the HR Manager EMEA you will be the 1st point of contact of all CybelAngel EMEA (around 130 persons - France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Dubaï) and provide the best employee experience. You will also work closely with the Finance and Legal team on HR related topics (Bonus, BSPCE).

As a Senior HR Generalist/Specialist, you will help increase efficiency and responsiveness in HR operations. We are looking for a passionate individual who values teamwork, employee satisfaction and experience as process optimization.

You will be based in Paris (Hybride work).

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide a best in class HR service for employees.
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle and relative administrative tasks, from onboarding (contract preparation, medical visit) to off-boarding, through the follow up and up to date employee file (amendment, probationary period follow-up..).
  • Day-to-day management of HR-related questions and tickets (Zendesk).
  • Ensure HRIS system (BambooHR) is up to date and data are accurate.
  • Monitor and maintain HR dashboards and other reports.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and policies to promote company culture and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with the local labor regulations and make sure that policies and procedures are updated.
  • Manage payroll with external providers in France, Germany and UK.
  • Manage learning and development requests and relationships with training organizations.
  • Support the VP People and HR Manager on adhoc requests.
  • Participate in the development and operational deployment of cross-functional HR projects (HR communication, standardization of procedures, automation of HR data, etc.).
  • Manage the day-to-day life of the office in Paris & Manage the premises and the different providers/partners, Events organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an Human Resources/People Operations team,
  • Good knowledge of French labor laws is a must have, and any international experience are appreciated
  • Knowledge of HRIS & IT tools is a plus (Bamboo HR, Zendesk, Excel for Vlookup, Reports)
  • Fluent french & English
