Japan - UX Designer / UXデザイナー

QTIS AI, the global leader in Generative AI and Synthetic data, is seeking a UX Designer to help shape ground breaking, AI and Machine Learning experiences and innovative apps that solve difficult engineering challenges for clients through the world. We’re a fast paced, multi-disciplinary team of software developers and creative professionals based in Cupertino, California. You will be responsible for designing intuitive UI, creating interaction flows, and helping guide the direction of the products.

*Responsibilities: *

1. Create user interaction design systems, UX flow wireframes, and user interface designs for QTIS AIs current projects and experimental platform initiatives.
2. Brainstorm and create prototypes to help find unique solutions for many UX and AI/ML challenges.
3. Lead user studies and UX research to help refine and fine-tune the apps towards product goals.
4. Work closely with a cross functional pod of engineers, product managers, and clients.
5. Maintain velocity and be capable of learning an advanced SDLC.

Qualificiations

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design preferred.
2. Portfolio of work showcasing samples of interaction design for mobile applications.
3. Strong visual design skills.
4. Ability to create visual/functional prototypes to test design ideas.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
6. Must understand the Japanese feedback and be capable of listening/learning and gaining information about application use to know how to create improvments.
