Product Manager

We’re excited to be looking for our Product Manager to create the ideas and metrics that define the success of the product . You’ll join this rocket flying to the moon and we expect you to be full-life on this adventure with us.

What you'll do

• You’ll be working directly with Martin Haiek (CEO) to define the product roadmap, goals and vision and with the Product Designer, who will be in charge of the UX and UI.
• You’ll define KPIs for new products and features, measure them and propose improvements based on usage data - Tools we use today are: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SmartLook and customer interviews.
• You’ll be the point of contact for the operational team to request product improvements and provide feedback and you’ll be talking to customers and partners to understand their needs.
• You’ll be responsible for defining product and features stories, prioritizing them and briefing the engineering team. In other words, you’ll be playing the role of a ‘Product Owner’ in the SCRUM methodology.
• You’ll be accountable for everyones deadlines.

*Who you are *

• We’re Mexico City-based and we require you to be full-time with us in Mexico City for the first 3 months. We can work on a hybrid scheduled thereafter.
• We require having worked with an agile methodology before.
• We require minimum 3 years of experience as product manager.
• We require expertise in creating product requirements documents, including wireframes.

1. Marketplace → Where potential clients can search options based on location, schedule viewings and book online.
2. Mobile App → Where active clients can manage their active subscriptions and request upgrades.
3. Operating System → Where the Around team, office partners and service providers can manage inventory.
