We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead who can help us scale our technology platform and team. This is a unique and fast-paced opportunity to make a material impact on an early-stage product’s trajectory and to change the shape of fashion. Today, no scalable high quality and cost-effective solution exists for creators to monetize their popularity outside of top funnel platforms. On-demand merch platforms exist, but typically they’re low quality and limited in design. The creator economy is growing rapidly. Roughly $150B in sales with 200M Creators and 500M Passion Economy Users. Yet 90% of these creators have been unable to earn a livable income. 23point5 is here to change that.

  *Who we’re looking for to help us with our mission *

*Responsibilities *

• Architect and implement technical solutions in accordance with priorities.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership and technical teams to define technical roadmaps.

• Effectively drive execution against roadmaps across the technical team.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiency of the technical team.

• Give and solicit feedback to/from teammates on a regular basis with a relentless focus on product improvement.

• Effectively communicate with both engineers and cross-functional leadership.

*Qualifications *

• 5+ years of experience coding in TypeScript/JavaScript (React + NodeJS) and/or Python. Experience building full-stack, cloud-based web applications is a huge plus.

• 2+ years of experience leading complex technical projects involving multiple engineers. Experience leading projects across multiple time zones is a huge plus.

• Track-record of planning and executing technical roadmaps effectively

• Experience communicating and working across different functions

• Experience with 3d graphics and image processing a huge plus
