Your Mission
You'll own our strategy and execution of our lifecycle and retention marketing. Working closely with your marketing and product management colleagues, you'll ensure our customers are engaged with our products, community and, eventually, acting as loyal brand advocates.

You will be responsible for overseeing our CRM, marketing automation, and retention/loyalty programs.

Responsibilities
• Develop growth marketing strategies, including paid search and paid social, and work with agency to ensure successful implementation
• Hire and lead a team of high-performing, growth-driven marketers
• Work with internal and agency resource to create digital campaigns and content
• Create budget and KPIs; track and report performance, refining and reapplying budget based on business results
• Analyze performance data in conjunction with agency resources
• Play a significant leadership role, working with key team and cross-functional partners in driving the business, contributing ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement
• Stay abreast of industry trends, factoring new developments into Baliston’s marketing and ecommerce strategy

About You
You’re a driven individual with a constant desire to propel the business and your capabilities, bringing the following to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ director-level or above experience leading customer marketing and CRM for a B2C/DTC ecommerce business
  • Deep experience creating lifecycle CRM programs that fully leverage segmentation, automation, and multiple communication channels including email and SMS;
  • Strong understanding of building customer data profiles and segmentation
  • Knowledge of CRM, automation, testing, and analytics tools
  • Ability to collect and report performance data
  • Experience in and comfort with managing external agency partners
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Comfort with adapting to change and an ability to multitask and handle workload effectively to meet deadlines
